These Terms govern your use of Doublebook ("the Service"), operated by Left Blank, LLC. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
Doublebook reads events from calendar accounts you connect and republishes them as iCalendar feeds you control. We provide the Service "as is", during a beta period, free of charge. Features may change; the Service may have downtime; data may occasionally be delayed.
You may use the Service only with calendar accounts you are authorized to access. You are responsible for safeguarding the feed URLs we issue to you; treat trusted-feed URLs like passwords. You can revoke any feed URL at any time from your dashboard.

Your data is handled per our Privacy Policy, which is part of these Terms.
You may stop using the Service and delete your data at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to comply with legal obligations. On termination, your data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Left Blank disclaims all implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Left Blank shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to USD $50.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via the Service or by email to your primary address.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, USA, without regard to its conflicts-of-laws principles. Disputes will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Hennepin County, Minnesota.
